For a long time the EUB was seen as a cheaper and more convenient version of the double bass to learn and play. While this may still be true, increasingly I see the EUB as an instrument in it’s own right, with it’s own unique set of techniques and sounds.

All my lessons are grounded in developing good technique and in musical concepts, while taking into consideration the student’s individual musical and learning styles.
